Condições Gerais:
- A consulta será efetuada por um Aromaterapeuta Certificado pelo Instituto Português de Aromaterapia - IPA.
- A sua consulta fica marcada definitivamente no horário mencionado após a confirmação do seu pagamento.
- A não comparência sem aviso prévio de 24H anula o serviço pago por incumprimento dando-nos o motivo para anular a sua consulta sem direito a reembolso. Existe tolerância máxima de 10 minutos de espera.
- A fatura será emitida nos dados fornecidos no momento da reserva (pelo cliente) e enviada por e-mail após a realização da consulta.
- A sessão será realizada por ZOOM (link fornecido no dia anterior à consulta) ou por video-chamada whatsapp em caso de impossibilidade do cliente de aceder ao zoom.
- A -Consulta Especifica Individual- tem uma duração máxima de 45minutos e não inclui nenhum óleo essencial ou sinergia.

DELIVERY TIME: Your order will be delivered by the courier CORREOS EXPRESS or CTT within 24H on the mainland and, between 48H and 72H in the Islands and Europe, up to 5 working days (deadlines estimated by the carriers).
